The second edition of the International Aeronautical and Aerospace Congress organised by the Galician Aeronautical Consortium was attended by more than 250 participants, including companies such as MTorres, Boeing, Delta Vigo, Coasa, Indra and Babcock International, among others.
The event began with the inauguration of the President of the Galician Aeronautical Consortium, Mr. Enrique M. Mallón, and many other relevant personalities for the Galician aeronautical industry, such as Ms. Rosa Eguizábal, Director of Economic Promotion of the Consorcio Zona Franca de Vigo , Mr. Salustiano Mato, President of CINAE, Ms. Carmela Silva, President of the Provincial Council of Pontevedra, and Mr. Abel Caballero, Mayor of Vigo.
This second edition of the Congress was attended by world leading companies, such as Boeing, and companies associated with aeronautics or with projects under development in this sector, such as M. Torres, Indra, Alestis Aerospace or Babcock. In addition, the Galician Innovation Agency, GAIN, presented the UAVs Civil Initiative Project that is being carried out in Rozas.
The Congress was closed by the President of the Galician Aeronautical Consortium, Mr. Enrique M. Mallón, the Regional Minister of Economy, Employment and Industry, Mr. Francisco José Conde.
